How does NFC data get collected?+
When an attendee taps their badge, it sends a unique ID to our servers. No personal data is transmitted — just the tap event, timestamped and linked to your event.
What if someone's NFC is turned off?+
Most phones have NFC on by default. If disabled, the badge falls back to a printed QR code.
How long does setup take?+
