The Community Agent

An AI that works for your community —
not on it.

Every Erawa community gets its own dedicated agent. It drafts the notices, chases the dues, routes the complaints, summarises the meetings, and files the civic requests — in your language, with your approval, every time.

What it does

Six jobs your community already needs done.

📝
Drafts notices

Maintenance notices, AGM agendas, election announcements, RWA updates. Written in your community's tone and language, ready for one-tap approval.

💸
Tracks dues & payments

Knows who's paid, who's owing, who to nudge, when to escalate. Polite first, firm when needed — always respectful.

🛎️
Routes complaints

Lift stuck on the 4th floor? Garbage missed in Block C? The agent files, routes to the vendor, tracks resolution, updates the member when fixed.

📋
Summarises meetings

Records decisions, tracks action items, publishes a clean summary searchable years later.

🏛️
Files civic requests

Petitions, RTI filings, municipal complaints, government scheme applications. Knows the forms, speaks the jargon.

🤝
Answers member questions

"When is the water tanker coming?" "What are the society pet rules?" The agent knows — trained on your community's records.

In your language

Your community doesn't speak English. Neither does the agent — until you tell it to.

Erawa's agent works natively in the languages your community actually uses — code-switched, colloquial, messy. The agent adapts to how people talk, not the other way around.

Hindi Marathi Tamil Swahili Bengali Telugu Yoruba Hausa Kannada Malayalam Gujarati Urdu Punjabi Amharic Portuguese Spanish Arabic English

+ any language you need us to add. Pilot communities shape the roadmap.

How it works

Observe. Draft. Approve. Act.

01
Observe

Observes the community

Reads (with permission) the messages, decisions, and records of its own community. Learns your tone, your rules, your recurring problems — and nothing else. Doesn't phone home.

02
Draft

Drafts an action

When something happens — a due date, a complaint, a scheduled AGM — the agent drafts a response: notice, reminder, filing, summary. Nothing is sent yet.

03
Approve

Waits for approval

The organizer (or elected committee member) sees the draft, edits if needed, approves with one tap. Routine actions can be auto-delegated by community vote.

04
Act

Acts, logs, reports

Sends the notice, files the request, posts the summary. Every action is logged — publicly visible to members — so there's a full audit trail.

What it won't do

Guardrails by design.

Never
Moves money without approval

Can propose payouts, never execute them. Treasury moves require human signers per governance rules.

Never
Speaks publicly as the community

External statements, petitions, press releases require organizer or committee sign-off.

Never
Shares data outside the community

Conversations stay on the community's node. No third-party model or telemetry.

Never
Overrides a member vote

If the community decided something, the agent respects it.

Never
Moderates speech on its own

Can flag for human review. Never silently deletes, edits, or shadow-bans.

Never
Pretends to be human

Every message it sends is clearly marked.

Three communities, three Tuesdays
