MICROSOFT FUTURE DECODED 2017:
A flagship technology and business conference, Future Decoded by Microsoft provides insights into how India can digitally transform itself with intelligent technologies.
The two day conference, touted as India’s largest digital transformation, had a keynote address by Satya Nadella- CEO, Microsoft on day two, with an aim to reshape the digitally poor country to being digitally rich.
However, working with multiple ‘Delegate Acquisition’ agencies requires a stable & integrated solution when registering 2500+ confirmed attendees throughout the day. An invite only event, it was important to identify CXO interest at the 50+ booths, and which break out rooms had the most traffic.
A SEAMLESS CHALLENGE:
Sales representatives were informed in real time when their prospects arrived at the event. It was important for MS to showcase a seamless experience & be able to send out relevant product information according to the delegate interests.
MS along with MCI required our platform to deliver a connected experience to find out more about a delegates journey & duration at each booth.
DEFINING THE WORKFLOWS & TECHNOLOGY
EB PRENTER was configured to receive data from the Delegate Acquisition agencies to push email, SMS and event communication in real-time. A unique barcode delivered via email was used to verify attendee information.
RFID readers deployed at strategic locations to delivered analytics on; attendee check-in at sessions and product interest.
Other possibilities include meeting requests on tap, trigger a product video on interactive screens at multi product booths, push notifications/emails with brochures via PRENTER.
ATTENDEE SEGMENTATION :
With unique audiences for each day of the event, we had to provide real time delegate interests at the MS event. This would enable the sales team to have relevant conversations at the networking event.
With the help of journey mapping, we were able to display a timeline of the events at each product showcase as well as the other arenas. In short, we had a detailed itinerary of each user over a span of those two days.
